Abstract

In recent years, economic development and growth has become more evident in
countries considered world powers; Ecuador, like most Latin American countries, cannot yet see
this dream come true, despite the multiple efforts made by different state portfolios and from the
different actors locked up in the private sector. The great challenge of promoting and developing
industry and the national productive sector makes evident the need to train professionals,
technicians and technologists, who not only are papers, desks or offices, but that are capable of
also be articulated at all the processes of production, thus linking the public sector, through the
participation of the Academy, with the private sector, so altogether is to develop, innovate or
generate new alternatives that ensure the developments in the field of production and therefore
will contribute to economic progress in this sector and at the same time all the Ecuador which is productive for excellence
